  7.     Thirty years has passed since JANE GOODALL entered the leafy
  8. world of the chimpanzees. The subject of a forthcoming National
  9. Geographic Explorer TV special, Goodall, 56, brings her
  10. experiences up to date this fall in her seventh book, Through
  11. a Window. By now, she's an old family friend of the animals.
  12. The favorite male sitting by her side is the eldest grandson
  13. of Flo, the first chimp Goodall studied in Africa. Keeping in
  14. mind that his mother was "fascinated with everything that had
  15. to do with sex," Goodall named him Freud.
